A. We do offer services early morning, late evenings, weekend end and holidays based on availability. Since the services are over and above our regular hours wherever possible there will be additional surcharge which will be conveyed before services are offered.

Q. Do you handle walks for more than one dog in the same household?

A. Yes. As a value added saving we offer 50% off on services for the additional dog from the same household.

A. Yes, we offer pet sitting services for Dog as well as other pets such as Cats, Rodents and Reptiles.

Q. Does Dog Walking Company handle walks in inclement weather conditions?

A. Yes. As a resident of Toronto, we are used to the elements: rain or shine. Your dog walker will be there for your furry friend. For inclement weather conditions, we are happy to provide any extra care and will follow any specific instructions for your pup before, during and after their walks to be sure they are comfortable, clean and happy during inclement weather conditions.

Q. What do I do if I move or need change or no longer need the services? Does the company have cancellation policy?

A. At the Dog Walking Company we hope that you will remain a client for the lifetime and offer our best services. Our request is that you contact us a week prior to cancel our services so that we can give our walker ample time to adjust. Dog Walking Company has 5-day cancellation policy for sudden stoppage of service. This policy is to protect our employee’s income. Cancellation charges apply for last minute cancellations.
